I haven’t been following the updates because I’m just not quite sure how to go about installing them. Do I delete the theme thats currently installed and reinstall the new version? Will all my preferences be restored/maintained?

Also, if I download the theme from Themeforest, is the version available there always the most current? I am looking to update because I saw that the resolution to “hide post title not working” was to update my theme. I appreciate the help. Thank you.
