how to active comment section?

    I need small help.

    I purchased a photographer template few day ago. Everything going fine,but cannot active comment section in blog page( blog with sidebar page) .Will you kindly help me to activate it.

    Hi, HTML template doesn’t have a fully working comment functionality, it is available in the WordPress version, or you may add a 3rd party comments extension to your pages such as disqus;
