How to Add a Slider to Shows the Posts?

    How do I had an inline slider to my main page, which shows my post?

    I would like the slider to appear below my menu and about my post.

    This is not possible by default, needs more further customization, you may consider working with a professional, if you are not familiar to WordPress coding.
