I like to adjust the slider to this:

I only want one picture like above.

Also i like to adjust the color of the blogposts, not all the text. How can I do so?

Hi Julia,
Please go to appearance > widgets > blog or page featured area > (theblogger) main slider > you can customize the slider here.
Edit your post, choose the related text and you can see text color button on the top area. You are able to change the color according to your taste.
