How to change which page a menu link points to

    If I want to change the page that the “portfolio” menu link points to, how can I do that? When I tried, it failed. I went to Appearance > Widgets > and then select the menu widget, then the portfolio menu item, and changed the page in the dropdown list to the desired page. However, this causes the menu link to disappear. It only appears when set to point to the original portfolio page.

    Hi, You cannot customize it. The Portfolio widget is linked to the portfolio page. The opposite would complicate the situation.

    Okay. In that case, how can I add a new page and populate it in the header? When I try to modify the current menu being used, the link does not appear.

    Hi, The widget must be compatible with the menu. You can save newly added pages as custom pages.
