I want to edit the titles of the fields of the contact form on the Contact page.
i.e.
Name
Email
Message
Submit.How Do I change them?

You need to install and run the loco translate plugin. You can search it in the support forum as well.
Also, you can use ninja form plugin instead of default contact form as well.
