How to fix Smooth scroll

    Hi,

    I recently updated TheBlogger to version 2.2.3 and suddenly my smooth scroll feature doesn’t work anymore.

    My wp customize menu shows the feature is enabled, and its still not working. What could be the cause of this?

    Can you help me out please?

    Hi,
    Could you please deactivate your third party plugins and try it again?
    We haven’t any issue with our demo website.

    Hi Serkan,
    Thanks for getting back.
    I found the problem and its fixed now. My site is on Cloudflare and it appears that a Cloudflare feature called ‘Rocket Loader’ was the one interfering with the smooth scroll effect.
    I switched it off and everything is back to normal now.
    I hear the Rocket Loader is known to cause conflicts with many themes and plugins, I dont know if you guys would want to check on how to fix it.

    Hi Henry,
    Since we cannot interfere with the source codes of third-party plugins, the relevant plugin authors should issue an update for such problems.
    Maybe you can send an e-mail to the author of this plugin and request an update.
