Hi,

So I followed your instructions to import the demo data but am getting stuck here: “Import Demo Data and click on the Import button of a demo.”

I don’t see an import button of a demo, only spaces for “manual demo files upload” – do I need to upload something from the theme file here?

I want to install the default demo (http://themes.pixelwars.org/theblogger/default/).

Hi,
You need to activate the recommended plugins. Please go to dashboard > activate the recommended plugins and run the one click demo import plugin.
If you still have any issue, send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.

Thanks for your response. I already did that. The thing is that I’m still in the WP customizer mode. I haven’t activated / published the new theme yet. Is that why it’s not working? I was hoping to work out all the kinks first before going live.

The mode you are currently using may be causing this problem. If the same issue occurs when publishing the website, we will definitely detect the problem and provide a solution.
