Thanks for your reply but there was missing of that Review Logs. I can only see General Section and nothing else

Hi, The review can be customized using the tutor lms report feature. http://prntscr.com/syq59p check this screenshot this shows the location in the dashboard from where you can delete the review. The report tab has a review section under it once you go there you can delete any review made. I hope this is clear.
