Hey there, actually I have managed to put the logo at the center by applying this css:

.site-header .site-title {
margin: auto;
text-indent: 20px;
font-size: 1.4em;
position: absolute;
left: 50%;
margin-right: -50%;
transform: translate(-50%);
}
