I just checked the source code and the “Autoptimize” plugin looks like causing the issue. Could you please deactivate your third party plugins, clear the cache and try it again?

Hi, you need to disable plugin css from the plugin settings page. Go to Dashboard > Settings > I Recommend This. And find “Disable CSS” option.
