On the Typography page on your preview, you will notice that there’s an image like the one with the caption “hmm, that is a rabbit, holding a cup.” When I put my mouse on that image, I see a + sign that let’s me expand the image. I’ve been trying to do exactly that on my own posts but I still can’t do it.

Please how can I make that plus sign appear on my images and let them appear bigger when they are clicked?

    Hi makinlaby,

When you try to insert a media you can see “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS”

Choose Link To : Media File and Size: Medium or Full size

    Thanks

Okay…I’m still not getting it. I want to explain again because I tried what you told me and it didn’t work.

I want to show a medium size on the page. Then I want to show the full size when someone hover their mouse and click on the image. I don’t want the sizes to be the same. I want them to be different from each other. Is there anyway I can do that with a single upload?

I want it to be small when it appears like the example that shows up in the preview. Okay I’m waiting for your response.

This is the code that shows up on the image on Typography page in your preview:

    [caption id="attachment_875" align="aligncenter" width="300"] hmm, that is a rabbit, holding a cup.[/caption]

I want to do exactly the same thing. I want to enlarge images like this when they are clicked on. Is it possible for me to do that without uploading 2 images. I can see that this was created from a single image upload.

Please help. I want this feature for my blog.

    Hi makinlaby,

In the page or post, please click to “Add Media” and on the right side you will see the “attachment display settings”
Right your caption for the page:
    Choose Alignment: center
    Link to: Media File
    Size: Medium
and insert into page and publish it.
    Thanks
