I am trying to give this theme a look as if its a magazine lying on top of a table. So apart from a background image surrounding the book in the center, can i put some animated objects on it?? They will be different as in i don’t want to include them in  the background image. Its ok if they don’t show up on smaller devices.

Hi ,it can be possible but it requires more hard work, we can only provide customizations of some lines of code. You can hire someone experienced to do the job for you, if you are not familiar to wordpress-html coding.
