I’m trying to import the demo content “Jay Gatusso”

Theme installation : ok
Theme plugins installation : ok
Import demo content : the importation is loading over and over (infinite loop)

Can I please get some help ?

Hi, Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.

This is about my 55/60 theme installation (in my life).

Can you please check the problem with the logs a provide to you ?

I have checked all the details and it’s a bit frustrating to buy something without being able to use it.

Hi, It looks like 1-Click Demo import missed the customizer and widgets import, I have just uploaded them manually for you, there are still some featured images missing which shouldn’t be a big deal since you will replace them eventually.
