Hi,

Unfortunately, I have problems with importing the demo content via Bluehost – wordpress.

I have uploaded the theme and have activated it. But if I try to import the Linda Cooper theme via the ‘Import Demo Data’ option, there is the Debra Wilson theme showing instead on the website. Furthermore, in the menu bar all pages are showing twice or thrice. I have contacted the Bluehost customer support to find out the reason for these issues, but they were also not able to find a solution and requested me to contact the vendor. I have also tried to delete and reinstall the complete theme, but the problems persisted.

Please can you suggest what to do?

Could you please run the wp-reset plugin once and delete all old data from the website?
Also, provide me your wp-admin details via our private content box, below.
I will import the demo for you.

Hi,

Thank you for your message and support. The demo content has been imported now, but there are the following things missing and/or different regarding the design:

1. The following buttons are not showing:
– “Home”-page: Buttons under “I can help you with” & the bookmark sign on the button under “Latest from the blog” & Social Media buttons at the bottom of the page
– “Start here”: Buttons in the second section under “I can help you with”
– “Contact Me”-page: two buttons above contact details

2. “Home”-page: The left section under “Simple steps to success” is located much lower than on the demo website and the section with the video is arranged differently.

3. The section at the bottom of the pages is missing, where a line of different pictures is showing on the demo website.

4. I am not redirected to checkout, when I click on “Buy this course” on the “Home”-page. Furthermore, the courses are not showing on the “Courses” page as well as the complete content of the “Shop”-page. How can these be set up?

How can I update the theme? I think, the previous version is installed.

Hi,
We have still console issue. When you fixed the mixed content issue, you will able to display icons on your website.

You should go to dashboard > social feed gallery > accounts > add your Instagram account. Then go to feeds and copy the shortcode. Then dashboard > appearance > widgets > footer Instagram > drag and drop custom HTML widget and add the Instagram shortcode.
I would recommend you to fixed the mixed content issue, delete all demo content and install fresh copy of the demo content.

Thank you for your message. After reinstalling the demo content, the design and layout of the website are now working. Only the design & layout of the “Courses” and “Shop” page has not been installed. Please could you suggest, how to go about this? Thank you!
