importing demo in wordpress

    I purchased lahanna as my theme. I cant get the demo to import. Ive updated all the php memory limits to max. Im on wordpress version 5.7. my php version is 7.4 and all plugins and theme itself are updated. I am still unable to get the demo to import. Please help
