    Dear Team,

First of all, you guys are amazing! You’ve truly taken web design to the next level. A special shoutout to Efor—I absolutely love it! Thank you for your outstanding work!

I also wanted to ask if it’s possible to transfer a page from one demo to another. Specifically, I’m building my website based on Demo 13 (Classy-Elegant-Modern), but I’d like to use the COURSES page from Demo 01 (Classy-Modern-Elegant) to replace the COURSES page in Demo 13. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this?

Looking forward to your response, and thanks again for your fantastic work!

    Best regards,
    Jo

    Hi Jo,
We are very happy for your feedback.
With Elementor library you can transfer the page you like between demos to another one.
    https://elementor.com/help/template-library/
But there is a nuance here. You want to transfer the course page. Demo 1 through 5 were prepared with Learnpress and 6 and later with Tutor LMS plugin. So you can use demo 6 and later as Tutor LMS course page. Learnpress plugin and Tutor LMS plugin have different designs. We also mentioned this in the theme documentation.

    Thanks

Subject: Assistance Needed – Editing & Duplicating “All Courses” Page (Theme 13)

    Dear Serkan,

Apologies for reaching out again. I’m having trouble editing the All Courses page (Theme 13: Classy – Elegant – Modern) in Elementor.

When I click Edit with Elementor, a warning icon appears with the message “The preview could not be loaded.” I have followed the video instructions to resolve the issue, including deactivating plugins, opening in a private window, and multiple other attempts, but the problem persists.

Initially, I tried duplicating the All Courses page, but the cloned page turned out to be completely blank. Interestingly, I was able to successfully duplicate other pages, which leads me to believe that this issue might be specific to this page. To work around it, I attempted to save the All Courses page as a template in the Library and then insert it into the blank page I created. Unfortunately, since I am unable to edit the original All Courses page in Elementor, I have run out of ideas on how to proceed.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue and advise on the best way to edit and duplicate this page?

    I really appreciate your help.
    Many thanks in advance.

    Dear Jo,
Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the issue you’re experiencing with the “All Courses” page in Elementor. I understand how frustrating it can be when troubleshooting doesn’t yield the expected results.
Here is some steps we can try to resolve the issue:
You can go to appearance > customize > portfolio > you can customize the portfolio page.
By default, the course page cannot be edited with Elementor.
Please let me know if you need further guidance.
    Thanks

    Hi Serkan,

Thank you so much! 😊 I just wanted to check—if the “All Courses” page isn’t editable with Elementor, is there another way to modify it? I really love the current design and would prefer not to start from scratch. I hope you understand.

    Thanks again for your support!

    Best regards,
    Jo

    Dear Serkan,

Thanks for sending the link. I followed the instructions provided, however, after attempting to add the “List Courses” section (which I believe corresponds to the “Course List” mentioned in the instructions), I received the message: “No courses were found to match your selection.”

Could you please guide me on how to properly add the course list before proceeding to the next step?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jo

The No courses were found message suggests the widget isn’t pulling data correctly. Here’s what to check:

Course Availability: Confirm you have published courses in Tutor LMS → Courses.
Widget Settings: In Elementor, open the Course List widget and verify:
Category or Instructor Filters: Reset these if applied.
Query Parameters: Ensure it’s set to show Published courses.
Shortcode Alternative: Use this shortcode on a new page:

    [tutor_course]

Check Elementor Logs: Go to Elementor → System Info for potential errors.
Recreate Page Structure: Build a test page with the same structure, then add the Course List widget step-by-step.
Tutor LMS Update: Ensure both Tutor LMS and Efor theme are updated.
If none of these steps work, contact Themeum support directly. The Course List widget relies heavily on Tutor LMS functionality, which might need a patch or adjustment.

    Hi Serkan,

I reached out to Themeum support directly, and here’s their response:

“We have moved Tutor LMS from themeum.com to https://tutorlms.com. Please visit this new site for product access and licenses. We now have a new support ticket system—log in with your Themeum credentials to create a ticket. Note: Only users with a valid Tutor LMS Pro license key (purchased directly from us) can create support tickets.”

I don’t think I purchased from them directly, and I’m unsure where to check my license key to confirm eligibility for support.

Additionally, after consulting an IT expert, we found that the List Courses Widget is linked to LearnPress in WordPress. Since there are no courses in LearnPress (they are in Tutor LMS Pro), it shows “No courses found.” I believe the solution is to connect the List Courses Widget to Tutor LMS Pro instead.

To do this, the first step is activating the Tutor LMS Elementor Addons, which provide dedicated Elementor widgets for Tutor LMS Pro. However, I couldn’t find these addons.

Could you help check this, and if needed, I will reach out to Themeum support again?

    Thanks,
    Jo
