Hello,
First I have to say that the template seems to be very pretty, but unfortunately, I didn’t find it easy to set up. First, all my articles didn’t want to appear correctly. They were visible on the home page, but when I clicked there was no text on them. I had to publish all them again.
Second, I can not even to find where and how I insert a normal feature picture in the articles. Can you help me telling me where is it in the dashboard?
Besides, as I keep my url friendly, after deleting my old posts and creating new ones with the same url, they are always save with the number 2 in the end. Like that URL already existed. I already cleaned cache, don’t know what can be.
Plugin for Instagram, wich was one of the main reasons I liked the template, is not working. I did as requested, inserted my profile username and there was some kind of errror like undefined.
Really frustrated with the experience so far. I have another website with template from another developer, wich drives more than 400K per month. It is so easy to build all the pages and make changes.
This one, instead, made me really frustrated and regret the purchase so far.

Do you use specific pages for your blog or you are using latest post feature for the homepage?
When you editing the post, you can see the featured area box on the right-hand side of the screen. Click to add media button and upload it. You can not keep the two same post URL at the same time. When you delete it you should empty the trash as well. Then you will able to add new URL.
For the Instagram issue, I need your wp-admin details via our contact form and add this topic URL as well. I can fix what is a need.Hi Serkan,

About to insert the image, I Know. I work with wordpress since 2015, that’s why I tought it was weird. I selected the standard format of post and later the image one and can’t find any spot to insert my image. I took print screens, but guess I can’t send over here.
On my right side I just see Publishing options | Formats | Categories | Tags
In the others templates I was using after all this I have “featured image”. In this one I dont have this option or it is somewhere else I can’t find.
I tried to see all the templates you already had and also tried to create my onw homepage. I didn’t succed so I left any of the set ups I already had there.

I have some limitation on your wp-admin panel. Yes, you are right, you don’t have featured image area. It should be related to your third party plugin. But I am not able to check your plugin section because of my user role on your wp-admin. Please change it otherwise I am not able to check that section.
Also deactivate all your third party plugin and try it again.
The URL issue has been fixed I guess because it looks normal.
I am not able to check your Instagram widget because of the user role.

Yes, the urls are ok now, because I deleted from the trash the old ones. Just didn’t get why I had to publish the posts again so they could work normally. I just did this because there were only six posts. If they were more it wouldn’t be possible.
I had a lot of delay in a project I was working on with this template and would appreciate if you consider giving the money back. I’m really not happy with the purchase, with what I got for what I paid.
