Everytime I try to open shortcode generator it doesn’t work.

Hi, it might be a permission related issue on your server. Permissions must be 755 for folders and 644 for files when uploading via FTP. Try to install your theme via uploading wp admin.

I deleted my theme and upload it again and now everything’s working just fine. Thank you for your answer :)

Hello.
I installed the theme via WP rather than FTP and I’m having the same issue.

I’m not very code savvy so I don’t know how to change the permissions of files/folders.

I would like to find a way to get the shortcode generator working without reinstalling the theme as I imagine I will lose the content/site i’ve since created?!

Any help would be appreciated.

Re-installed the theme.
For anyone using 1&1 as their hosting company. You need to select the ‘free’ installation, not the ‘safe’ option.
