Hello,

I want to install TUTOR LMS PRO in efor theme demo 04.

I go to – Appearance – Install theme plugins and i click install on tutor lms pro plugin.

Then i get this error: Download failed. Plugin not activated. A higher version of (LMS) Tutor Pro – (For demo: 06/07/08/09/10/11/12/13) is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

I have no option to update the plugin as it is now installed.

I know i have theme demo 04 and it might be some design errors, but i want to install it anyway, how can i proceed further?

Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
If you have a valid license for Tutor LMS Pro, you can update the plugin to the latest version:
Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Locate Tutor LMS Pro.
If an update is available, you should see an Update link. Click it to update the plugin.
If you don’t see an update option, you may need to manually download the latest version from the Tutor LMS website and upload it to your site.

Hello,

You can find the login details in the private content box.

I cannot download the Tutor LMS plugin from their website, because i can only get the free version there and i have no option to insert the license. I need the PRO version of the plugin.

But you can check on the website after you login.

Hello,

I managed to update the theme.

I installed the tutor lms PRO version plugin.

When i insert the license it takes me to tutorlms.com website and i get a message “Invalid token – Retry authentication”.

I will leave my license in the private content box and you can also try.
