    Hello…

    2. I’m having an issue, whenever I click on “Instructor or Student” from the Menu on my site and add my name, username, email address & password to sign up as an Instructor or to sign up as a Student.. I get a “Critical Error Message? I’ve reached out to the Developer “Themeum” and they have no clue why that’s happening. Here’s a screenshot for you.

    My site is: https://Coaiching.com

I added my login details in your “Private Content” box below.

    Thank you, Winners

    Hi,
When I checked your website, I didn’t see any problem right now.
    Please see the screenshot below,

When I went into your system settings and checked it, I saw that it was very low. There are also third party plugins and each of them takes up memory space. I recommend you go to the link I shared below and update the necessary settings.

    Hi Serkan!

Thank you for your help with this!
Yes, you will see the instructor and student form listed on the page.. the Critical Error message comes with you “Fill out the forms” and click “Register” that’s when the “Critical Error message” is triggered.

Can you have a look and add demo information to sign up on the forms.. then, you’ll see the error messages.. that’s what needs to be fixed.

Also, thank you for letting me know that I’m low on resources, yes, I will get those resources added now. Would having low resources be the problem with triggering that Critical Error message, you think? I’m going to add the resources now and I’ll circle back to let you know if that fixes the Critical Error message issue or not. In the meantime, can you please fill out the Instructor and Student form and click “Register” to see the error message that comes up?

    Thank you,
    Adrien

    Hello again,
I think you changed the password you gave me. I couldn’t log in to your website. I searched for the error on a search engine and found out that this problem is caused by plugins like litespeed cache. Can you deactivate your third party plugins and check the problem again? If the problem is solved, then you can enable the plugins one by one and figure out which one is causing the problem.
    Have a nice day.

    Hi Serkan!

Thank you for reaching out to me. Sorry about that.. I did change the password and have given you the updated password below.

I don’t have any 3rd party plugins enabled other than the plugins that come with your theme!

Please have a look now, please!

    Thank you,
    Adrien

    Hi Adrien,
I checked all the settings one by one to understand the problem. I also deactivated 6 plugins so as not to risk it. There does not seem to be any abnormality in your settings. I saw the problem you mentioned in all the tests I did. I am sending this problem to the developer so that there is no setting I have overlooked.
We will inform you when there is a development.
Btw, When I activate the twenty-four theme of WordPress instead of our theme, the same problem persists. This shows that the problem is independent of the theme.
    Thanks

    Hi Adrien,
Since it is not related to the theme (also tested with Default WordPress theme), we need to transfer the problem to the plugin author and act together. Developer will pay due attention to this issue.
    Thanks

    Hi,
We are waiting for a return from the plugin author. We think they may be a little busy because it is New Year’s Eve.
    Thanks

Hi, can you please share your FTP access with me (via the private content box)? We need to enable the debug mode and try to understand what is causing this issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi Ahmetsali!

Thank you very much for your help!

I see that I don’t get the “Critical Error Message now” but, I’m still not getting any Verification Email to allow me to complete the Registration process or to login as an “Instructor” after I’ve signed up.

Can you please take a look to see if you get a “Verification email” after you sign up?

I do see in the “Users tab” that a new person / instructor signed up.. but, I don’t get any Verification email as the new instructor that I ever signed up… So, I can’t ever get logged in as the “new instructor”?

Please have a look at the notification I get when I do sign up on my registration page.

Hi again, alright please give us some time to check. But till then you can follow the link to troubleshoot why email not sent from Tutor LMS.

    https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/emails-not-sent/

    Cheers.

Hi again, I have checked your site and found the email is properly triggering from Tutor LMS. So if users do not receive the email then it is a problem with your email and SMTP configuration please configure the email and check.

    Cheers.
