Hello,
I have installed your theme today, imported the demo version and everything seems to work fine apart from the most important section of the website: Portfolio.
Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to edit any of the existing portfolio items neither to add a new one. What I see each and every time is just a white page, nothing else.Moreover, looking at the Portfolio Categories on my backend, I am seeing two options for categories, one named “Categories”, the second one called “Portfolio Categories”, doing exactly the same function.

I have read everything but find no solution to the issue. I have quite a long story with WordPress themes but this issue is really frustrating. Please find in the private box the login account for you to check and try to solve the problem.

Hi, I cannot view the full theme settings because the user name you gave me has very limited privileges.
My first recommendation to you is; to deactivate all the plugins you have installed outside of the theme, including the cache plugin. If the problem still persists, you can expand the permissions of the profile you gave to see the plugins and theme settings.

Deleting (almost) all the “old” plugins was something I already did, unfortunately with no success. I have now changed your role into the website as ADMIN, so that you will be allowed to do whatever is necessary to solve the issue.

There was a plugin which is named “flexport”. I deactivated it and the issue has gone.
ThanksThank you but the issue is still here. If you go to the “Works” page none of the portfolio articles is displayed, unfortunately. Trying to edit the portfolio main page you can read: “Your site doesn’t have the support for the block “visual-portfolio/block”.
It’s a very big issue for me, and I’m so sorry to bother you but I need to have it solved asap.Thanks

Ok I solved the issue by switching the template in “Works” page. Thanks a lot for your help and assistance. And congrats again for the amazing theme!
