When I try to update the JetElements and JetPopUp plugins, it instructs me to activate my license. Where do I find license information for these plugins? I have read the documentation and don’t see how to proceed.

Don’t worry about the updated those plugins, we are updating regularly and you don’t need to activation key.

It’s telling me that in order to get the new version, I have to activate. I am having an issue and want to update to see if that resolves it. What are my options?

Hi, can you follow these steps to update your JetElements plugin to the latest version;

– navigate to Plugins and deactivate and delete the JetElements plugin.
– navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and install JetElements in the list
– then navigate back to Plugins and locate JetElements in the list and update it by clicking the “update” link beneath the plugin then activate the plugin.

Hello Ahmetsali. I have the same problem as Dyt. But I´m afraid to loose any important information deleting JetElement plugin, because my website it´s almost finish… Is it OK to delete the plugin and install it again? Or could I loose any important information?

it is safe to delete the plugin, you won’t lose any data, your data will appear again when you activate the plugin again.

I am experiencing the issue again. Your instructions worked last time, but this time, when I delete and reinstall JetElements For Elementor, it does not allow me to update the plugin. It still says I need to activate my license. How can I update the plugin?

You can ingore the license message. You have full feature of the plugins. You can go to dashboard> plugins > Jet Elements For Elementor> if you have Version 1.15.8 than it is ok.

I want the current version so my plugins stay updated. The theme advertised that it was included, so I thought that meant that I could update it, too. It’s good practice to keep WP plugins current. Is there any way to do this?
