Hi !
I tried to install the Judy West theme and import demo data multiple times, emptied the database each time to see if it wasn’t a problem during import… But it’s not…
The problem is that when I try to access the homepage I get redirected and get the message “You are lost!”.
Actually I disabled the plugin JetElements and the homepage appears, but unfortunately it’s not my goal to have all the JetElements disappearing from the page as the plugin is disabled.
Do you have a solution for this issue?
I’d simply like to have the demo exactly like in your Judy West demo page and I’ll compose from that.
You’d be lifesavers.

Edit : Seems like it works if I disable JetPopup and activate JetElements backs… It seems weird thought… And I’d like to be able to use the Popup plugin as well, except if you have an alternative way to fire popup at page load ?

Hi, if deactivating some of the plugins fixes the issues you have, that means your server can’t provide enough resources (memory) for all the plugins run at the same time, you may contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory for your hosting plan or upgrade your server plan with more resources available.

But I find it a bit hard to swallow that 4Go of RAM and 500Go of hard drive isn’t enough to run these plugins…
Are you sure it’s not something else ? And if it’s really coming from that, how much memory do you advise to run it all ?

Hi, unless you are on a vps or a dedicated hosting plan, all other plans are shared hosting plans which means you share the resources with the other users in the pool and it is not guaranteed you will get the defined max memory limit always, maybe this is the case for your hosting.
You need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
