Hi –
The last topic on this says start a new thread.
The two JetPack widgets won’t update due to licence – I’ve followed your advice on the previous thread but it still won’t work. Any help greatly welcome.

Also, every time there is a theme update, it wipes my footer widgets clean. This getting really frustrating having to recreate theme every time … why might this be happening?

Hi,
It should not delete your footer. Just in case you can activate child theme instead of parent theme. You can find it in the theme folder as well.
We will update the bundled JetElements and JetPopup plugin to the latest version with the next update. The individual license key is not provided by the plugin author. But you can use all features without any problem.
You can delete the jet elements plugin and when you install it back, you will have the latest version.
