Hello, I have an issue using JetPopup with the Elementor theme Efor. The problem I’m facing is that in Chrome on a MacBook the content inside a popup is not scrollable. This also applies to Firefox on Windows. Means the user can read the entire content which exceeds the bottom of the screen. On Safari and iOS it works fine. Is there a fix for that?

The problem seems to be a general one. You can also visit https://themes.pixelwars.org/efor/demo-09/ and press the “Get your free trial now” button at the top. Then resize your browser window in its height so that the popup content is not fully visible anymore. On Mac: Safari you can scroll the popup content but e.g. in the Chrome browser not. I hope this helps…

hi Serkan. Is there any update on this? I need to go online with the webpage but this is still a critical issue. Can’t also contact directly crocoblocks as they only support direct clients of their plugins. I checked again all options. It seems so work properly on all touch devices, i.e. iphone. But on a desktop machine it’s not scolling the content on any Browser beside Safari on a Mac. Neither with a mouse or a touchpad. Please help me to find a solution. thx

Hi, we have detected a conflict with the smoothscroll option, we will fix it with the next update, you can disable smoothscroll feature from Customizer > General > Layout > Smootscroll until we make the update ready and release it.
