I want the text and image to change at same time. Now the text changes fast and image slow.

But I think, both script will have timing defined in them for the change. – How else would it work?
So if you will make a mathematical calculation and change the timing it will be in sync.

Why you guys always say NO to most of the question unless its basic css.
This theme is beautiful, but overcharged and lacks basic customization which a premium theme should have.
Please include this features, which will make your theme look great.

One of the reasons people use wordpress that there is no need to code.

And we purchase premium theme because it have basic customization available in theme option and support.

But we are getting none.

Of course, we are helping on basic customization, but what you are asking is not possible with just a few lines of code. We support everything which is on the default theme and if you encounter any problem, of course, we can solve the issue. But further customization is out of our support scale.
