Hi,
I added the latest_posts short code to my homepage and it seems to load the full content for each post being displayed. This seems to take a long time as each post has numerous images, and assets… is there anyway to make latest_posts not do this?

Hi, normally it loads only the post tile and reading time.

It still loads all the images as resources on the page though… you can’t see them displayed, but they are part of the overall page loading…

However, I was able to circumvent this by installing the lazy load plugin, which seems to prevent it from loading all the actual images.

I see the issue, I will make some tests on this issue and try to realize what causes the problem. I let you know when I come up with a solution. Thanks for the feedback.
