I want to create a page called FOOD > Vegetarian.
When I write a blog post, how do I send my post “Kale Salad Recipe” to live under the page FOOD?

Hi,

– create a category FOOD,

– add this category to your menu like a page,

– write your post under that category.

I tried, but didn’t work.
I did this:
Appearance >Menu> and this is where it gets confusing.

There are 3 tabs: Pages, Link, Categories
Do I check ‘Food’ on the Pages tab or ‘Food’ on the Categories?
