Hello,

I am using the Efor theme and after a purchase, the user isn’t redirected to the course to gain access. So, what I would like to do is have a login section to fix this. Can you assist in telling me how to create a login for the user who purchase a course on my website so they can access it without my actions? Preferably add this access in my main menu on the top of the page or an icon next to the shopping cart.

Additionally, my Tutor LMS Certificate Builder plugin will not update to the updated version. I’m not sure if this is a fix you can do? If not how would I get this resolved?

Hi,

I was able to resolve the login page thanks.

However the Tutor LMS Certificate Builder won’t update. I have the liscense but it will not apdate at all.

You can ask for support from Tutor LMS plugin. Or you can try deleting and reinstalling the plugin. The lack of automatic update is not a source code that we can intervene.

I tried several times to delete and reinstall. That has not worked. Where would I go for the support? Would I need to visit their website and if so do I need to provide them with a licsense key for support?

Hi, we will release a new theme update with the updated Certificate Builder plugin in about a week, after the update you can install the new plugin from the Appearance > Install Theme Plugins section.

Hi, are you trying to register on the tutor lms site? You can’t get support directly from tutor LMS site since you haven’t purchased the pro license from there, but don’t worry, you will have access to future updates after the plugin activation and we will provide you support for tutor lms.

Hi, you can try these;

– please make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
– delete TutorLMS and Tutor Lms Pro and install them freshly again.
– deactivate your extra plugins and see if the issue has gone
– reupload WordPress Core Files: The easiest way to do it is to select the Re-install version x.x.x button on the Updates page of your admin dashboard.

this time i can able to register and login , however on the dashboard page, if i click on any side bar option on the left none can open and i see an error
“you are lost!
