Hi there! Despairing on the following issue: I customized my header & logo in wordpress site identity. When I open the site in elementor, all settings are not adopted. No logo, no customized header. Site appearance in wordpress is different from site appearance in elementor. When I put the site online, I see (outside wordpress, using a different device) the elementor version – no logo!
This must be possible to get my own logo in elementor ?!

Hi Sonja,
Please deactivate your third party plugins and try it again. Also, please be sure that your hosting company is not doing hard cache on server side. These might be the reasons.

Thx serkan. What do you mean with third party plugins? Efor came with several third party plugins and it should be compatible with common plugins like mailchimp, yoast etc. ?
My hosting comp is all-inkl.com. Ho do I find out if this is the reason?

You won’t have any problem with the default plugins but other than our plugins, it might be the reason. Could you also provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?

Hi Serkan, I already replied by private content box yesterday. Hope you received the msg. thx for your help! hope it turns out I made a mistake – other theories don’t sound too good regarding the compatibility of Efor.

I saw the issue and i will forward this topic to our developer. Btw, could you please contact your hosting company. If they do hard cache on your website, please tell them clear the cache.

Hi, I have just logged in to your site and I see that your customizer settings are saved as a draft, not published. When you choose to publish and save the settings, your site should be updated with the new settings.
