I feel like kind of an idiot, as I’ve already searched the whole forum & documentation, but still couldn’t find an answer. (but I guess it’s pretty simple)

Anyway, I have two small issues:

1. Logo: I’d like my logo to be on the same line as the menu in the header (http://www.hoeraufdiemuddi.de), so it doesn’t overlap into my content. Any help`?

2. I’ve created a video post with a youtube-link right at the beginning – but the video doesn’t appear as a featured image like in “put it on paper” in the demo. What did I do wrong?

Hi,

1) You can leave space under your logo. The second solution is you can use this custom css code;

@media screen and (min-width: 1200px) { .header-small .site-header .site-title img { max-height: 40px; } }

2) How did you embed the youtube video?

Perfect, logo worked out ;-).

Tried it with iframe from youtube, as well with embedding it with media library.

Please try to use this plugin for featured video.

And let me know when you did it. If there is any issue, I will give you custom css code.
If you don’t want to use any plugin, you can choose regular blog type instead of grid.

Hi, when you activate the plugin please edit the post and copy&paste the video url on the right hand box which that plugin created.

Hey Serkan,
I did so – but the the video did not appear as a video in the featured area, but as a thumbnail, and the thumbnail was not shown correctly (grey area above with whatever settings I did).
The video also did not show up with the regular blog like in the Demo.

What did I do wrong?
