Hi,

i updated the site to the latest theme version at https://www.salonmama.com/ and all sidebars are gone!

both bottom and sidebars. all plugins installed and the old ones are all de-acticated.

what can i do?

hi pixelwars team,

i now removed sidebar because it seems that all sidebars from the old theme version were set on inactive and cannot be re-activated.

all footer items are now gone as well and cannot be activated through the customizer.

Hi,
How did you update the theme? Sidebar and footer should not be gone by the update. Could you please deactivate all your third-party plugins and try it again?

ok. i hardly have any activated. is there a list of plugins the theme requires?

i updated via FTP, duplicating files

Hi,
When you go to plugins > install > you can see the necessary plugins. Btw it really looks like plugin issue. You can deactivate all your third party plugins then activate theme one by one then you can find the issue.

i deactivated ALL plugins. still doesnt’ show any footer or active widget areas.
