hi, i need your support please: I have installed a tutor lsm pro on my website but I can’t manage the video player show up nice.
I just added a video from YouTube choosing in setting >course “YouTube” as preferred source and lsm player for YouTube in setting>Design
But in frontend appears just like i incorporated a video from YouTube and has nothing similar the TUTOR LSM dev demo. How can I solve this?

in addiction i mention that i have already contacted the direct TUTOR LSM support and they unkindly answered me this way:
“our support is meant for Themeum customers. We don’t have resources to provide support to agency owner’s customers, sorry. You can contact us when you purchase anything from Themeum.”

hi, while still waiting for your support since i can’t ask for the right support directly to the tutor lsm developer, i also noticed that the featured images are not showing in the lessons.

this is really aweful i can’t manage to solve so important issues. :(

I wanted to go in and look at the plugins, but I got a server error message from your hosting company. Please do not use learnpress and tutor lms plugins together. Also, if there are third party plugins, deactivate them, clear the cache and try again. As soon as there is a development in this process, we will inform you.

learnpress is not installed. i don’t know what was that error about maybe the hosting had a problem… the site is running correctly.
i deactivated all the plugins and nothing changed. i checked in the code and can’t find WHERE the feat (thumb image ) is displayed!
so i added the following code

<?php the_post_thumbnail(‘large’); ?>
<?php endif; ?>

and solved the thumb issue.
THIS.is.really.upsetting.

i am not a coder i am not a dev.
i need some better support because i am not able to fix the youtube problem. seems like (LOOKING BY MYSELF in the source code) that the embedded youtube code has something wrong in it but i am a life coach not a coder!

“The Tutor LMS video player will work only for the lesson’s main video. It will not work with other videos.”

But on your site, it wasn’t working with lessons’ main video, it had a conflict with the “Smush” plugin and has been solved when deactivating that plugin.
