I installed MC4WP and connected successfully with mailchimp api
I’m getting the following problem:

– I can insert the mailchimp list ID when in Elementor: Newsletter form> setting > Use target list Id , but when I test the form (bottom of the frontpage) I get an error “Please set up the MailChimp API and list ID”
– if I try to use Elementor and drop the MailChimp element directly on page in order to create a newsletter form I get the following error:”Synchronize your MailChimp account or add a new list” but the account is connected and synchronized as stated in MC4WP.

the only way I found to make a newsletter form working with MailChimp is inserting the short code generated by the MC4WP directly in the page.
