    Hi,

I have listed possible reasons why the Mailchimp plugin isn’t working.

There could be a few common reasons why the plugin isn’t working.

    – The Mailchimp API key may not be entered correctly or might not have been generated in the Mailchimp account.

    – There might be an issue with the Mailchimp account or an invalid API key. Double-check that the API key has the necessary permissions.

    – The form may not be set up correctly. Ensure that the necessary fields are added and that the shortcode is placed correctly.

    – Double opt-in or email confirmation settings in Mailchimp could be causing complications.

It would also be helpful to check the browser’s console (press F12) for any error messages.

    Regards,
    Mehmet

Please be so kind to check my website since I have no idea why the original theme subscribe box is not working. I tried to update API key and I tried other options, nothing helps so far…

    Hi,
    When i check your website i saw this error message;
“Third-party cookie will be blocked in future Chrome versions as part of Privacy Sandbox.”

    What to do
Set First-Party Cookies From Your Domain
With server-side tracking, you can bypass the need for third-party cookies and client-side JavaScript libraries, which can slow down your site. Cookies are instead set from your cloud tagging server URL, which is associated with your main website domain.

In theory, server-side tracking operates like this: instead of numerous scripts being sent from the browser, there is only one request made to the tagging server containing all relevant data. The tagging server then processes this data and sends only the necessary information to each vendor.

Find out how to set up tagging server URL for server GTM and configure custom domain in blog posts:
    https://stape.io/blog/how-to-add-a-custom-domain-to-the-google-tag-manager-server-container

If you are not expert on the issue, you can get help from your hosting company.
    Thanks
