Hey,
how does the menu work? It is my first time using wordpress and i dont really understand the menu on the left bar.

When i create a new page, it is not the same menu

i get the default menu with “Home” and “Search”

If it is your first wordpress theme, then I would recommend you to read the documentation. You can find it in the theme folder.
