I am trying to have a dark background with my website, but when I change the font to white, the text in the submenu then becomes white on white. Is it possible to change the color of the menu dropdown background?

my website is http://f2.photography. I did the background black, but have had to make the font red since if it was white it would not be visible in the menus. If it is possible to change the background of the menu, that would be great. If not, then I’ll have to reconsider my color scheme.

This custom css code will change the submenu background color to the black;

.nav-menu ul ul li { background-color: #000; }

And this custom css code will change the menu item color to the white;

.nav-menu a { color: #fff !important; }
