I’m having a few issues, here is my site: http://www.aclairebear.com/ Thank you for your help!

1) menu items overlap on home page
2) homepage redirects to portfolio page when it should be about us page
3) menu headings disappear on secondary pages (resume, about, etc…)

i just checked your site, it looks working fine except one thing;

– you have added one extra widget(recent posts widget) to Homepage widget location, you can remove it, it displays “Hello world” in the header.

OK, thanks! I removed that widget. One thing though, it still is defaulting to my portfolio page instead of my about page. How can I change that? I see no place. Thanks again for your help. It is very much appreciated.

ok, you need to sort your page widgets as you desire in Homepage widget location, currently portfolio widget is at first.
