Any idea why the comment boxes and “you might also like” are missing on some posts and showing on others?
Example:
Has comment box and “you might also like:” http://michaelssorensen.com/2015/12/29/how-i-set-and-actually-achieved-my-new-years-resolutions/Missing both: http://michaelssorensen.com/2017/10/14/10-reasons-to-buy-everything-on-a-credit-card/
(And while I have you, any insight on how to change the font size of the comments, “related,” and basically all other text that isn’t controlled by the “body font” in the Customize tab?)
Thank you in advance!
Michael
Hi,
Could you please edit your post and go to discussion box? And check the allow comments box. If you don’t see the discussion box, edit your post. On the post editor screen click on the screen options button on the upper right corner of the screen. This will open a fly down menu where you need to check the discussion box. Once you have checked the discussion box, scroll down and you will find the comments permission on the post editor screen.
Since you installed the Jetpack plugin, your font-size iscoming via that plugin. You can use these custom css codes;#jp-relatedposts .jp-relatedposts-items p, #jp-relatedposts .jp-relatedposts-items-visual h4.jp-relatedposts-post-title { font-size: 14px; } .related-posts .post-thumbnail .entry-title, .related-posts .post-classic .entry-title { font-size: 20px; } @media screen and (min-width: 768px) { .comment-content p { font-size: 13px; } } .comment-meta .comment-date { font-size: 11px; }Thanks
Actually, I still can’t figure out why the “You might also like” section only shows on some posts. I disabled the JetPack “related posts” as I prefer your theme’s one better, but only one entry shows here:

and none here:

Thank you for your help.
Michael
Hi Michael,
Please go to appearance > customize > single post > choose related post category (all) and increase the number of the post module number and save it.
ThanksHi Serkan,
Category was already set to “all” and number was set to 3. I changed it to 6, but still, nothing shows at the bottom of this post:

Thanks,
Michael
Ah, I figured it out. It’s tied to the tags. I’ll add a generic tag to all posts and I should be set. Thanks!
