Thank you for your support in the past, and I hope you can resolve this too.

I have made a page through the themes, unfortunately it is not showing up in the Menus nor can I see it anywhere to customise it.

I wanted to make a gallery page where I can put up all my certifications to display in a grid manner. Thats it.

Hi,
You should add your page to the menu ( appearance > menus ) and empathy page template area ( appearance > widgets > empathy > empathy template page > drag and drop empathy custom page widget and choose your gallery page.
