Hey folks,

So I’d like to use your portfolio feature, but it doesn’t show up on the WordPress admin menu. When I try importing the portfolio demo file I get these errors:

Failed to import “bookcard”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Photographer”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Read”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Crunch Light”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “High Trend”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Curious Neighbour”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Sun Bath”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Pixelwars”: Invalid post type portfolio
Failed to import “Unique Design”: Invalid post type portfolio

Finally, when I try to add an empathy template portfolio page, I get this error when I try to give it a title. “An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.” No amount of reloading solves the issue.

A second issue I’m having troubles with is getting icons to show up in the empathy template widgets under theme customization. For example, I’ve added the shortcode [icon name=”pe-7s-notebook”] in the icon text field within the widget, but nothing shows up. Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve got the same issue. I can’t properly get the icons showing up in the menu.

Regarding the portfolio issue, I didn’t see it was a separate plugin. My mistake! Still having troubles with the icons though!

Just want to double check, I’m not able to have two separate portfolios? For example, I’d like one portfolio to be a team page, and another portfolio to showcase our work.

Please go to appearance > Widgets > Empathy Template Pages
And also read the Empathy Widgets section under widgets section in the documentation.
Example ; “Empathy : Home” you can copy your icon code in the icon section.
You can use one portfolio page with plenty portfolios.

Usually Firefox.

It’s to be some issues with web fonts and Firefox, but also with cdn solutions. Here’s some explanation:

departments are not working, i have checked everything and i can’t find the problem, if you click departments links like for example “DESIGN” or “LOGOS” it takes you home instead of showing the items under the department, the weird thing is that this issue is just happening on MOBILE, desktop works fine so far, hope you can help me guys,

I just checked your related URL with mobiles and design and logos departments showing the items perfectly. Btw, it is empathy theme page and your theme is bookcard. Could you please check your website with another mobiles and if you still have that issue please tell me the browser and mobile version than i can check it with that specific mobile.
