Is it somehow possible to change the position of the author info box with the text “Written by”?

By default it is at the bottom of the page where most people don’t notice it, so we would like to move it to the top below the article title.

However, I can’t seem to find any setting for selecting the position and changing the theme in the php file sounds like a bad solution.

Hi, this is not available by default, needs more further customizations, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at wpkraken.io to do the job for you.
