Hi i want to make the menu bar lower than it is now (to be closer to the lower edge of the header).
what is the code to do that?

i tried this code, but it did not work as i expected.
before I used this code, my site was as below,

after I used it, the page was like:

you can see it only move the header title upwards. But actually i don’t want the title moved, I want to move the navigation bar down a little. Because I think there is too much space between the menu bar and the edge of the header background.
