I have imported James Hertz Demo 13 for the Home and Start Here. The funny thing is that neither has the same effect as the menu I was expecting from the demo on the website.

I know from the documentation that we need to use “Canvas” for the page layout while inside the editor. It seems like I need to use “Elementor with Full Width” for the default header on WordPress to come out.

What is the header made of? A plugin? Was it a template or part of the theme?

Btw, I think you have updated something that broke the ‘start here’ page for Demo 13. Looks like some CSS is not loaded? https://themes.pixelwars.org/efor/demo-13/services/

I have pasted a live link in the private content box for checking, for now, I am using the full-width page layout option. I want to have the same header as in the demo.

I found out what happened, I did not import the “customizer” content file which is through a plugin that comes with the zip file. Just need to upload and it will be resolved. I hope this helps anyone that face this problem.
