I am having an issue where my post show up on the front page but only in mobile mode but not in desktop or tablet. It takes a whole day sometimes before the 3 modes are in sync.

Also it shows normal when i am logged in as Admin

I have W3 Cache installed and Worpress SEO.  I disabled the cache tool but still the same.

Help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I figured out what the problem was. I had a de-activated plugin interfering. WP supercache was serving up a cached version of the home page despite being disabled.
