Hi team,

I recently purchased the UCard theme and uploaded it to my website, but I’m having trouble getting it to look like the demo preview shown here:

I’m not a developer — one of the main reasons I bought this theme was so I could simply replace the text and images without needing to do any coding. Right now, I’m not sure where to begin to recreate the structure and layout shown in the preview.

Thanks for importing the theme. Since you did it i can’t log it into my wordpress account – it’s mention that “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.”

Maybe when you imported the theme it got deleted. can you please add me back into my account.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I want to reassure you that importing demo content does not affect or delete any existing WordPress user accounts – the process only adds sample content and theme settings. Your admin account should remain completely untouched.

Since you’re receiving this error, let’s troubleshoot together:

Try Email Recovery:
On the login screen, click “Lost your password?”
Enter your original email address to reset your credentials.

Alternative Access:
If you have access to your hosting control panel (cPanel/Plesk), you can:
Create a new admin account via PHPMyAdmin
Or ask your hosting provider to restore your user permissions.

I understand how frustrating this must be, but please rest assured this isn’t related to the demo import process. The theme installation is complete and ready for your customization once we restore your access.

For immediate assistance, I recommend contacting your hosting provider as they can quickly:
Verify user accounts in the database
Restore your admin privileges
Check for any unexpected changes
