Thanks Mehment for the notice. I always get email-notifications about the updates, but unfortunately when I went to download it this time; I found a message that says: “reached download limit” .. not sure what’s happening? ..

I just checked the support (and all the documentation related to the issue) but there’s no luck. I’m not sure what I did to get that message preventing me from updating? (I always download the updates normally)

Is that the only way to get the theme’s update?. Well, I just contacted Envato Support and I’m waiting for their response.

in this situation, you should wait for a response from the envato support.

I still didn’t get a response from them (not sure if that’s normal, I’ve never contacted Envato’s support before)

I searched in the Help Center and all I found is:
1. A file can not be downloaded more than 20 times in 24 hours.
2. A file can not be downloaded more than 50 times in total.

And that’s impossible to happen (unless “each update counts as a download”?! and even so, the theme didn’t reach 50 as total, did it? :)

Well anyway; I don’t know what’s happening :)

Yes, this was their reply:
— “I have increased your download limit now, so that you may continue to obtain updates for the item. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I appreciate your patience. ” —

It took a while but it worked and I was able to update to the latest version of Read. I appreciate making sure about it, thanks man.
