Please go to appearance >theme options > pages and choose the pages and check again.

Thank you, problem resolved but I need a little help more about change of title of “Open” button to another language and also to change titles of Contact form from english to another language. I mean – name, e-mail, subject and message fields.
I know that some details are in index.php in wp-includes, but there are no such file.

and also there is another multilingual plugin WPML, but not tested.

How I can put big title on TOP of Portfolio page, like in Resume and Contact pages? Now I have little font title of department of portfolio: ra-mi.com
Maybe I need to add something to function.php?

I see your issue, you created a new page and named it as PORTFOLIO. And appearance > Widgets > Menu Structure when you watch the steps please check is everything right.
Your title is looks line in the content area not in the page title area.
