You had made mistakes when defining the widget parameters. Please read carefully the parameter values of custom widgets in the documentation.

Looks nearly there, just when changing between pages on my karlfisher.co.uk it comes from the right hand side

on WP on it comes from top can this been changed ?

And one last question how do i update map location ?
